How to publish

The letter of acceptance, certificates and the article reprint are emailed after the plagiarism check, peer review and the editorial decision to accept the article.

  1. Format the article

    Follow the requirements and the example. Word format.

  2. Send it

    With the form below or to info@cajournal.kz.

  3. Get a decision

    Peer review and plagiarism check. You will get a reply by email.

  4. Pay the fee

    Only after acceptance. Send the receipt to info@cajournal.kz.

One article, one price

10 000 ₸ KZT per article · ≈ 2 100 RUB · ≈ 1 900 KGS · ≈ 22 USD · ≈ 37 AZN

The fee covers organisational and publishing costs. The price does not depend on the number of co-authors.

Payment via KaspiPay, only after the article is accepted. Then send the receipt or a photo of it to info@cajournal.kz. Regular authors get discounts, set individually.

Beware of fraud

The only official website of the journal is cajournal.kz, and the only official email is info@cajournal.kz. Payment details are sent only from this address, after the article is accepted. If someone writes from another address or asks you to pay before peer review, it is a scam: please let us know. Please note: all certificates and official letters issued by the editorial office from 03 October 2026 onwards contain a QR code for verifying the authenticity of the document. The authenticity of issued documents can be independently verified using the QR code.

What authors receive

Documents are sent by email, with the stamp and signature of the Editor-in-Chief.
