About the conference
International scientific and practical online conference
The conference brings together researchers and practitioners from Kazakhstan and across Central Asia to discuss how digital technologies and artificial intelligence are changing education, the economy, law and society, and which solutions help the region develop sustainably.
The conference is fully online: you can take part from any city, with no travel costs. The plenary session and the sections run on Zoom; participants receive the link by email the day before.
All accepted papers are published in the electronic conference proceedings. The best talks of each section are recommended for publication as full articles in Central Asian Scientific Journal.

Participation
Formats and fee
Online talk + publication
A 7–10 minute talk in your section on Zoom and publication in the proceedings.
Publication only
Your paper in the proceedings and a certificate, without giving a talk.

Anyone can join the plenary and sections for free: write to info@cajournal.kz and we will send you the link.
Publication fee
The fee is paid only after the committee accepts your paper; payment details come by email from info@cajournal.kz. The price does not depend on the number of co-authors.
Paper requirements
- Length — 3 to 6 A4 pages
- Formatting — as in the journal template (Times New Roman 14 pt, single spacing)
- Language — Kazakh, Russian or English
- Up to 4 authors per paper
- Originality — at least 50% (Antiplagiat)
- Bachelor's and master's students — together with a supervisor
What participants receive
- Electronic certificate of participation — for every co-author
- Publication in the electronic conference proceedings
- First, second and third degree diplomas for the best talks in each section
- Letter of appreciation for the student's supervisor
- Best talks recommended for publication in CASJ
